The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), is contracting to acquire electronic media services. The Knowledge Management Staff (KMS) manages the tools and resources that provide an assortment of information for TTB personnel, including statutory, regulatory, management guidance, and technical references. These resources cover materials including commercially available reference materials, Government Printing Office publications, TTB-issued publications and directives, and other printed documents. TTB is making these materials available electronically via the Web sites, as well as industry specific information on a DVD and/or CD, which will be updated and distributed semi-annually.
Under the supervision of the KMS, the TTB Web Services Team must deliver enterprise-wide electronic media and Web-enabled services to support customers needs for high-quality, accurate, and easily accessible information. TTB has a need for a contractor to provide expertise in support of this requirement. During the life of this contract in accordance with the specified performance standards and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, the Contractor shall perform various tasks.
Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. Any additional questions shall be submitted electronically at psb3@bpd.treas.gov.

The purpose of the modification is to provide answers to vendor questions.
Q1. C.2.3.6 states, "TTB must transfer the tasks and responsibilities from the previous Contractor to the new Contractor." What company is the previous Contractor?
A1. C2 Technologies, Inc.
This modification also is making a correction to the solicitation number, which is now
BPD-TTB-08-R-0003.
