The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron proposes to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to CMC Electronics thru the Canadian Contracting Corporation for: 22 portable mission displays (includes 2 X 16GB compact flash internal memory and 3 year extended warranty) part#100-601977-001, 22 expansion module units part#100-601978-001, 17 kneeboard strap and cable part#245-604306-000, 22 ac/dc power supply adapter part#244-601222-000, 22 PMD carrying cases part#548-601053-000, and 40 power cables part#217-603108-000 delivered FOB Destination to Hurlburt Field FL. Hurlburt Field is an Air Force installation that is located in the Florida Panhandle mid-way between Panama City, Florida and Pensacola. CMC Electronics is the sole manufacturer and distributer for these items. The parts are integral in ensuring and maintaining standardization and interoperability between units.
This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees; the SIC code is 3663. Any resulting Purchase order shall be firm-fixed-price.
All responsible sources may submit their capabilities statement which shall be considered by the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron.
