This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.     This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.     This requirement RFQ320009, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).     This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09.     The NAICS for this solicitation is 423450.     The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 100.     This is for Olympus Endoscop video sysem and perifials or an or equal.     This is a commercial request 2 EA Endoscopy video system. Compact integrated camera control     unit and light source; 2 EA Compact workstations for use in conjunction wqith the Olympus VISERA and OTV-SI systems insurgical and outpatient environment;     2 EA Olympus Color Video Printer with HD RGBS input and outpur;     4 EA Flexible Rhinolaryngoscope with 3.4 diameter, 30cm working length, 90 degree field of view and angulation of 130 degrees/130 degrees (up/down);     2 EA Integrated 0.8x camera head, L-Shaped adapter without finder;     2 EA AR-T10E single piece adapter; and 2 EA Sony 19 in.
