Description
This will be a Source Selection, Commercial Repair Requirements Type Contract for (6) six NSNs with (1) one Basic Year and Four 0ne-Year Options with variable Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) ranges. The items shall be repaired to the Original Equipment Manufacture?s (OEM) specification using best commercial practices. The Service Contract Act will apply. This effort will be Full & Open Competition and the award will be all or nothing award.
The extent of repair required, to ensure a serviceable item that efficiently serves its intended purpose as part of the F-15 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS), shall be determined by the required disassembly, test, bench check, inspection, and any required calibration.    The contractor will certify that these items are tested and inspected to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. The ESTS is used to test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of highly complex, high cost digital, radio frequency (RF), analog, electromechanical and optical F-15 avionics line replaceable units (LRUs) to ensure the F-15 aircraft meets its mission requirements.
The following is a list of the 6 NSNs and multiple Part Numbers with variable Quantity Ranges between 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20 and 20-25. The BEQ?s and data items will be evaluated only for the total.
