This SOLICITATION will be issued to RAYTHEON CO., AMDS DIV., 350 LOWELL ST. ANDOVER, MA 01810-4400, (Cage Code 05716). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the
Date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date
stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 245 days after contract award. This delivery include 1st article testing, 30 days 15 day test report notification and
145 days for total product test and notification. Offerors must be approved and qualified.
Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through
their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation
