Upgrade and remodel of existing toilet rooms and vestibules to comply with ADA standards. Add Alternate No. 1: Remodel existing kitchen and dining room: Removal of existing kitchen cabinets and fixtures, removal of existing ceiling, relocation of walls, removal of existing flooring and base, Upgrade and expansion of Electrical/Communication/Mechanical/plumbing, new cabinets with fixtures, install appliances (owner furnished), installation of new Flooring and base, installation of new ceiling lighting, finishes and painting. Add Alternate No. 2: Remodel perimeter corridor: Preparation and painting of walls, doors and frames, gypsum board ceiling(where occurs), removal of existing resilient base and the installation of new rubber base, removal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet, and preparation and painting (only) of the Elevator Lobbies. Add Alternate No. 3: Office Painting: Rooms 410 through 419, 430, 436, 437, 439, 445, 448, 451, 453, 454, 455, and 474. Preparation and painting of walls, doors and frames, and gypsum board Ceiling (where occurs).
