This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. The NAICS is 424710 business size is 100 employees. U. S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is requesting quotation to provide, Item # 1, Diesel fuel # 2, 1 truck load capacity, estimated quantity, plus (+) or minus (-) ten percent (10 %) of 7,500 gallons, to be delivered to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 1115 N. Imperial Ave., El Centro, CA 92243. Delivery date shall be no later than September 30, 2008, and the time will be coordinated and approved by the person whose name will be provided after award. FOB destination. Use reference # ECC080040 when submitting quote. The Government intends to make one single award to the most responsive and responsible lowest price.
