Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a competitive requirement for the Design and Development of AIRNAV Software. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price type contract.     The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512. All offers are due by 3:30 p.m., Central Time, on February 25, 2008.     Offers must be submitted to DOT/FAA/MMAC, Bid and Proposal Office, AMQ-100, Multi-Purpose Building, Room 313, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169.     Please reference SIR DTFAAC-08-R-01472 on the outside of your mailing package.     Offers received after this date will be determined to be late and will not be considered for award and will be filed with the official award file. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
