The United States Postal Service intends to award a Design Build GMP Competitive contract for design and construction of an expansion for a Distribution Processing Center. The scope of work for this project included but is not limited to design and construction of an additional 295,467 square-feet. The expanded area would establish a building with a total area of 907,252 square-feet West Sacramento county.
The total period for design and construction of the project will be 500 days from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. The construction estimates for this project are in the range of $43,000,000 to $48,000,000.
