Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Health, the Division of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Office of Oral Health, Fluoridation Program is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals to provide water treatment technical consultation services for the Community Water Fluoridation Program administered by the Department.

Special Instructions:
This contract may be renewed for two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods depending on funding and need.
