| Description: |
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES or Department), Division of Technology Services (DTS), is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals or organizations for the Arizona Systems Replacement Project (ASRP). In carrying out this project the Offeror must propose a transfer system or Commercially Off-the-Shelf (COTS) transfer system that can be modified and enhanced in support of Department program requirements.
It is the Department's intent to consolidate and integrate Human Service programs and services, which are currently managed by three program administrations housed across two divisions, into a single operational entity.
The integrated system solution to support these programs will provide a full range of services, including information and referrals, case management, and eligibility determination for all of the programs included within the scope of the project. The Offeror must provide a system that conforms to the specifications developed during the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) phase of the project. The system must meet the functional, technical, performance, user interface, and operations requirements deemed necessary to support the new business model.
