Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. The delivery date will be no later than 120 Days after date of contract. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-25. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: 4 Each Data Acquisition System (DAS)
CLIN 0001AA: 4 Each- Each DAS includes 4 Analog Modules for a total of 16 modules (4 per unit). Analog modules consist of the following: 2- 37-pin Airborn Analog Input Connectors, 16 Channel differential input, Individual 16-bit A/D Converters, 2.5/5/10V Excitation, Individual Excitation fold back short circuit protection, 6 Pole variable digital butterworth filter @ 25 kHz, Auto Calibration/Zeroing to .1%, Part #: EME PicoDAS64, MFR: EME Corporation, OR EQUAL.
CLIN 0001AB: 4 Each- The DAS includes 1 each of the Processor Modules. Processor Module includes the following: 15-pin Airborn Power/Communications/Trigger/Clock Connector, 37-pin Digital Input Connector, 1Hz to 200kHz Sampling Rate (250kHz @ 16 Channels), 256 MB Non-Volitile Memory / 1 MB Pre-Trigger Memory, 2 Digital Outputs, 10/100BaseT Ethernet Communication, Start-Stop Remote Triggering, 4 Analog Level Triggers, Multi DAS Synchronous Operation, 10.5-16.5 VDC Input Voltage Range, Reverse Polarity Protected, Redundant Power Input, Part #: EME PicoDAS64, MFR: EME Corporation, OR EQUAL.

PCM Streaming and IRIG-B Decoding Telemetry Module incdues the following: PCM 106-05 Compliant, Variable Streaming Rates up to 10 MBPS, Adjustable Pre-Modulation Filter, IRIG-B PCM Decoding, Flexible Super Commutation, Part #: EME PicoDAS64, MFR: EME Corporation, OR EQUAL.
CLIN 0001AD: 4 Each- The DAS includes 1 housing unit each. DAS Housing includes the following: EMI/RFI Protected, Aluminum T6-6061, 3.70" x 2.30" x 2.80".
CLIN 0002: 1 Each- The DAS requires 1 Software for all of the 4 units. DAS Software consists of the following: Windows 98/NT/2000/Me/XP(TM) EME DAS Software, Data Conversion to Binary, ASCII and Decimation, DiaDem.
CLIN 0003: 4 Each- DAS Operations Manual Consists of the following: Warranty Certificate, Meets all SAE J211 Specifications
