Update 24 October 2007. A base access request form has been posted to the NAWCTSD website at the link listed below. All interested firms should utilize this form to request access to the CNELS site at Naval Station Pearl Harbor for the site survey. The Government will be on-site and available 6, 7 and 8 November 2007. The site survey will commence on 6 November 2007 at 0800 Hawaii time. Please plan your trip to maximize the benefits if the site survey as NAWCTSD personnel do not plan to be on-site again prior to award. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), plans to procure, as a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement, a Damage Control Trainer for Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Please visit the NAWCTSD Website at the link below for all current documents regarding this procurement. NAWCTSD will host a Pre-Solicitation Site Survey during the week of November 5 - 9, 2007. The survey will kick-off at 0800 Naval Station Pearl Harbor time on November 6, 2007 and will conclude on November 7, 2007. The site survey will allow potential offerors to evaluate the site, survey the existing damage control trainer which will be removed and disposed of by the successful offeror and observe a simulated training event in the existing Damage Control Trainer to fully understand the required use(s). Please submit to the primary POC listed above, no later than October 31, 2007, your firm's intent to attend the site survey.
