| THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS SYSTEM (UNTS) is soliciting proposals for a 36 month operating lease for two (2) 28 € X 64 € newly constructed modular office buildings. A month-to-month leasing option, not to exceed 24 additional months after the initial 36 month lease should also be included. The modular building must meet the following specifications at a minimum:
€ CMU block pad on grade foundation
€ Auger type tie-downs
€ Skirting to grade on all sides with 1 access panel (door) to crawl space per building
€ Metal siding
€ Metal roof (sloped)
€ Lay-in acoustical tile ceiling
€ Vinyl covered gypsum walls
€ Tile/carpet
€ Wall Hung HVAC € ducted
€ Treated wood landing and ramp assembly at front entrance connecting the 2 buildings together, compliant with ADA/TAS
€ 5 € X 5 € treated wood landing with steps at rear door of each building
A representative floor plan is attached (Attachment A) for the desired wall layout. Include in the proposal the following information:
