This sources sought notice is issued to identify contractors capable of providing Dairy Products. Evans Army Community Hospital on Fort Carson, CO is requesting delivery of Dairy Products on Mondays and Thursdays, with total yearly quantities listed below. This sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur costs in anticipation of a contract. To be eligible for an award, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application). A contractor can register with the CCR at https://www.ccr.gov. A DUNS number is required for registration. A contractor can register in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application) at https://orca.bpn.gov. In response to this sources sought, please provide pricing, the NAICS Code that these products would fall under and business type (ie. small business, woman-owned, 8(a), HubZone, service disabled veteran owned, large business).
