Description The State of Iowa, Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission, operating the Iowa Communications Network (collectively ICN) is seeking Bid Proposals for Leased Telecommunications Service, either Synchronous/Asynchronous DS3 Service which can be delivered by fiber based or wireless based transport or Single Mode Dark Fiber Optic Service from Part III end point locations to ICN Connection Point of Presence (CPOP) locations. The locations for which service is sought are listed in the Bid Proposal Submittal Form Attachment 4A for Fiber Based DS3 Service, Attachment 4B for Wireless Based DS3 Service, Attachment 4C Dark Fiber Optic Cable Service. The ICN intends to award contracts to the Vendors who provide the lowest cost service at each of the locations included in Attachments 4A, 4B and 4C. The resulting Contracts will be between the ICN, the Vendor, and the Site Administrator (the entity operating the location where the Part III Site is located).
