Description: Basis Bid includes but is not limited to: Provide all required for the installation of a fully operational ventilation system in the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Supply Building located at 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska as shown on the drawings and as specified. Project will include demolition, framing, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Additive Alternate #1: Provide all required for the installation of fully operational finned tube and radiant panel terminal units as shown on the drawing and as specified. Site Visit: Wednesday, April 30 at 9:00 am. Meet in the Supply Building warehouse. For more information and/or to obtain a bid package contact the M&O; Facilities Contracts Office at (907)451-2204. There is a charge of $50.00 for each plan set.
