Transportation services required consist of pick up from the designated depot locations and deliveryservice to all commercial/military ZIP Codes (as defined by the U.S. Postal Service ZIP Code) within the Continental United States (CONUS), including the District of Columbia (D.C.), including delivery services to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR). This excludes small package delivery to Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and U.S. Postal Service facilities, i.e. P.O. Boxes. Shipments are of a routine, non-expedited nature, with no piece weighing more than 150 pounds. Estimated shipments are approximately 2.1 million pieces shipped.
