The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is issuing this Statement of Work (SOW) to meet a requirement to replace an existing black and white printing press currently in use at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy (NMHSA). The successful vendor for this effort will provide proposals for a complete system including the press, related computer equipment, delivery, installation services, an inserter, booklet maker, software, maintenance and technical support.
SOW is attached along with Section B and evaluations.
All response is to be electronically. Questions must be received by 3:00 p.m. on July 11, 2008.
