Purpose
|

The City of Suffolk, Department of Public Works, has a requirement for a 4 each DI top with Manhole Cover in the center in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. All materials shall meet Virginia Department of Transportation Road and Bridge Specifications.
4 each DI top 4?w x 7? L with MH-1 in the center 8? thick
Deliver to: City of Suffolk, Department of Public Works, Hill Street Lot, Suffolk, VA 23434.
Quotations are to be submitted upon the attached QUOTATION FORM and delivered to: City of Suffolk, 441 Market St., Room 266 Suffolk, Va. 23434; Attn: Cynthia Moore. Quotations may also be faxed to (757) 514-7524 or e-mailed cmoore@city.suffolk.va.us .
