Synopsis:

This acquisition is for the development of all necessary processes, procedures and quality assurance provisions for a production and depot repair facility set-up to enable final assembly and repair of the Common Laser Designator Rangefinder (CLDR), part number 479800001-1. The following items are applicable to this requirement: Item 0001, 1 lot Material; Item 0002, 1 Lot Labor; Item 0003, 1 Lot Travel & Per Diem; Item 0004, 1 Lot Data in accordance with DD Forms 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List. The items are applicable to the AC-130H aircraft , AC-130U Gunship Multi-Spectral II Sensor Turret and USMC AH-1Z Targeting Sensor System (TSS) Turret. The proposed contract will be for one (1) year with no options. No technical data is available. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. This requirement is sole source to Elbit Systems of America (ESA), 220 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH 03054 . Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, One Or A Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign participation is permitted or the acquisition is restricted to domestic sources.
