NOTICE OF SOLICITATION

SEALED OFFERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 P.M., HST,

October 10, 2008 in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, 4444 Rice Street, Room 303, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, 96766 for the DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, PERSONALIZATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE 2008 CHARTER AMENDMENT DIGEST, for the Office of the County Clerk, County of Kauai, Lihue, Hawaii.

Bids of $25,000 or more will not be accepted. Bidders are requested to contact the Purchasing Division, phone: (808) 241-6292, if their intended bid is in the amount of $25,000 or more.

Pursuant to HAR 3-122-95, the Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Solicitation or to reject any or all offers in whole or in the best interest of the County.
