The Defense Energy Support Center is preparing to issue a solicitation for the Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands Program on or about October 15, 2008. The performance period will be from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2012. This program has requirements for a total quantity of 14,474,1406 USG of various commercially refined petroleum products including: Regular Unleaded Gasoline, Gasohol Regular Unleaded, Diesel Fuel #2 Low Sulfur, Marine Gas Oil, Diesel #2 Low Sulfur Dyed, and Diesel Fuel #2 Summer Ultra Low Sulfur. The requirement totals 35 line items in support of the following end users: US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast Guard, and Federal Civilian Agencies.
