INVITATION TO BID
SEALED PROPOSALS will be Received by the Department of CITY CLERK, CITY HALL, PROVIDENCE, RI until 2:15 o'clock P.M. on MONDAY, JULY 21, 2008 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Chamber of the City Council on the Third Floor Level of City Hall, for the following:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
REPAIR TO SIDEWALK AREAS-DOWNTOWN.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
AMMUNITION.
WATER SUPPLY BOARD
ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR RATE AND OTHER FILINGS BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION AND THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES OF RHODE ISLAND.
All bids must be submitted in Sealed Envelopes or Wrappers with the TITLE AND DEPARTMENT TO WHICH THEY ARE RELATED ENDORSED THEREON AND ADDRESSED TO THE BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY, DEPARTMENT OF CITY CLERK, CITY HALL, PROVIDENCE, RI 02903.
Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the OFFICE OF THE PURCHASING DIRECTOR, CITY HALL, PROVIDENCE, RI 02903.
The City of Providence reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the City.
