THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DEFINITE QUANTITIY PURCHASE (DQ).

AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, THE SMALL BUSINESS AWARDED THE CONTRACT MUST MEET THE SIZE AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SMALL BUSINESS AS SET FORTH BY THE SBA AND CLAUSES IN THIS CONTRACT AND MUST ALSO EITHER MANUFACTURE THE PRODUCT PROVIDED OR PROVIDE A PRODUCT OF ANOTHER SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER WHO MANUFACTURES THIS PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES.

This is a Definite Quantity Purchase. FOB destination only.
Variance in quantity is +/- 3%.
