The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego, Seal Beach Division intends to procure two (2) ea camera assemblies which can view the Shore Bombardment Area, (SHOBA) located at SCORE, during the day and at night. Cameras will support night time operational requirements and will also allow viewing through fog and clouds, from two observation posts in SHOBA out to the ocean/littoral areas next to San Clemente Island (SCI). This procurement is in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, Corona, CA 92878. This is an unrestricted requirement. The NAICS Code is 334220. The size standard is 750 people. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted by 05 Jun 2008 on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). Registration in the CCR database is required, registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. In addition, quoters shall complete an electronic Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov.
