B. The work involves upgrade the existing SCADA system for the Bilge Oily Waste Treatment System (BOWTS) at Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The two main computers with monitors and software at the main office building needs to upgrade, removal of the existing SCADA hardware and installation of new controllers and radio telemetry at the main office building , five lift stations and LET (Load Equalization Tank). The upgrade system will be non-proprietary.
C. The SCADA system for the lift stations will be a stand alone independent system if communication drop-off from the main station. Each lift stations SCADA system will operate independently.
D. Minimum impact to the BOWTS operations while performing proposed work.
E. The scope of work all includes the following:
1. Radio survey with maps, radio signal strength, and antenna2. As built detail panel drawings and specifications for the upgrade SCADA system3. PLC control panels with Wonderware operator interfaces on front panel.4. The SCADA will come with a surge protector and a backup power supply.5. Notebook computer with PLC programming software6. O&M; (Operations & Maintenance) manuals to include PLC information and logic, communication configuration, address and display screens.7. Operator training on the upgraded SCADA system8. Onsite startup9. All system design must be stamp by a professional engineer
