Description
This is a request for sources sought market research information. No solicitation document currently exists.
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) located at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center located in Battle Creek, Michigan is seeking responsible, technically acceptable sources to perform telephone maintenance services on existing AVAYA telephone equipment and support equipment located in the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center. The NAICS code is 811213, ?Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance.? The small business size standard is $6.5 million annually. The applicable U.S. Dept. of Labor, Service Contract Act Wage Determination is #2005-2277, (Rev. 4) dated 8/14/2007. The requirement is for maintenance services only.
The base period of performance is for 12-months with four each, pre-priced 12-month option periods. A firm fixed price, non-personal services contract is anticipated.
In order to maintain the AVAYA equipment warranty, each respondent shall supply a signed letter of authorization from AVAYA permitting servicing of AVAYA equipment.
Types of equipment include AVAYA Communication Manager and Definity PBX?s, Utility Ports 501+, PBXs without telephones, S8700 Media Server, Intuity Audix and CMS Maintenance to include ServiceNOW-Full Service Maintenance Program. Required services include assistance with security requirements for patches on Windows, Linux, and UNIX servers as each relate to AVAYA equipment. The current estimated number of utility ports is 3,863.
Limit your response to a maximum of seven typewritten pages, single sided with a font size of no less than 12 point. Graphs, charts, photographs and drawings are included in the page limit.
Include in your response no more than three past performance sources where you performed the same or similar services over the last three years.
