This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08SQ301269 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov.
This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective June 12, 2008.
