Description
This modification changes the response date to read March 19, 2008 rather than March 20, 2008.
Special notice of intent to award a sole source contract to SHAVLIK TECHNOLOGIES LLC , 2665 LONG LAKE RD, SUITE 400, SAINT PAUL, MN 55113-2538. The DLA Defense Logistics Information Services requires:
Renewal of maintenance/technical support for 3 years for 200 licenses for HFNETCheck Protect 6.0 (server edition) software
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to SHAVLIK TECHNOLOGIES LLC as they are the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are other firms that can satisfy this requirement, you must submit your offer/proposal by 4:00pm (EST) March 19, 2008. E-mail submissions must be sent to Jo.Spight@dla.mil
