Synopsis:

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academys notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to MOKSA, Inc., 539 Main Street, Branford, CT 06405, for Macintosh asset support for the U. S. Military Academy. The estimated award amount is $43,800.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 541513 and the size standard is $23M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
