Synopsis:

This acquisition is for Information Technology/Communications-Computer Services (IT/CCS) at Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, MN. Required services are detailed in the Performance Work Statement at solicitation link to this announcement and include: Infrastructure and Long Haul Communications; Inside Plant; Outside Plant; Secure Communications Systems Maintenance; Process Digging Permits; Telephone Operations, Network Server Operations; Communications Help Desk; Network Desktop Computer Support; Technical Solutions; Software Training; Video Teleconference; Periodic Maintenance Inspections; Communications Security (COMSEC) Program Management; Radio Frequency Spectrum Management; Base Mail Distribution Center and Publications and Forms Assistance. Note: this acquisition includes communications security requirements, to include a Top Secret facility clearance. The anticipated period of performance is for base year, 1 June 2008 through 31 May 2009, plus four additional one-year options. This acquisition is subject to availability of funding. This action is 100% small business set-aside (FAR 52.219-6). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513 and corresponding small size standard is $23 million. The source selection procedures of AFFARS Part 5315 to include AFAC 2008-0128 will be used for this acquisition. Offerors are responsible for checking this site periodically for any amendments and clarifications. Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing.
