Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office (YAO), Yuma Desalting Plant, Yuma, Arizona, 85364, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Carol Marra Consulting, Inc., 1808 Spruce Ave, Longmont CO, 80501-4764 for database administration, programming services, and training services related to YAO's Hydrologic Database. Competition is restricted to only one source due to the contractor's proprietary knowledge of the software developed under a previous order. Services required include: new report development, design and development of SQL queries, development of an ad-hoc query system, as well as training in administrative support for the program. This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 13 procedures with an intended service period of one year. Anticipated award date is December 21, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice shall be faxed to Mr. Jessie Jones, Contract Specialist, at 928-343-8568.
