Arcata Associates, Inc. intends to make a contract award on a limited competitionbasis, for the renewal of the licenses and maintenance support services for sole make andmodel Business Objects brand, Enterprise and Crystal Report licenses. These licenses areused in support of the NASA Accounting Resource System, which is managed by engineerslocated at the Marshall Space Flight Center, AL. There are a total of 4 line items onthis requirement, and the Period of performance date runs from 01 Oct 2008 through 30 SEP2009. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).Arcata Associates, Inc. intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested firms have until 11 Sep 2008 4:00 PM CDST to submit in writing to theidentified point of contact, the attached Request for Quote, and all associated paperwork per the special instructions. Responses received after 11 Sep 2008 4:00 PM CDSTwithout the required information will be considered non responsive to thesynopsis/solicitation and will not be considered.
