Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, has a requirement for Cryocath Ablation Catheters. The catheters shall be Brand Name or Equal, in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Salient Characteristics: 227F3 Cryocath Ablation Catheter 6MM/55MM. This procurement is a full and open competition that will result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award based on the offer that is lowest priced and technically acceptable (LPTA). The contract will be for a base period from Date of Award to 30 September 2008 and one 12-month option period, ending 30 September 2009. The RFP will be issued on or about 12 June 2008 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests for fax copies of this solicitation will not be accepted.
