This solicitation is sole source to AMI Industries Inc. (31218). This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
Solicitation is for a Definite Quantity Contract with 100% Quantity Option for a quantity of 95 each. There is also a Production Lot Sample Testing that is required. Delivery: 178 days ARO. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is March 25, 2008 and the closing date is April 25, 2008.
