Corrugated Metal PipeFAQ080051
The Bureau of Land Management, Nevada State Office, has a requirement for the acquisition of corrugated metal pipe, connecting bands and end sections. All items to be delivered to the BLM Elko Field Office in Elko, NVSolicitation Number FAQ080051 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of these items.
Solicitation package will be available electronically on or about April 16th, 2008. Please print the Standard Form SF-1449 and all clauses and attachments, as no packages will be mailed out. Quotes will be due on or about April 30th, 2008. Quotes must be submitted to Bureau of Land Management, Ely Field Office; Attention: Kim Ferguson, HC33 Box 33500, Ely, NV 89301. By express or hand delivery to: Bureau of Land Management, Ely Field Office; Attention: Kim Ferguson; 702 No. Industrial Blvd, Ely NV 89301, or by facsimile to (775) 289-1910.
An award will be made based on Technical Capability and Price. Quotes shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price, 2) Include TIN and DUNS Number, 3) Offer must be signed, and 4) Representations and Certifications must be submitted (Note: Annual representations and certifications can be completed at Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. If not completed electronically, then FAR Clause 52.212-03; Offeror Representations and Certifications, found in the solicitation package, must be completed and submitted with quote)
This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System number for this solicitation is 423510 (Size standard in number of employees is 100). The Government intends to award this contract on an all-or-none basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 16th, 2008. The solicitation and all associated attachments must be downloaded from the IDEASEC website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov Prospective contractors MUST be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and maintain an active registration, in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
