12th Marine Corps District requires maintenance on both color and blackand white copiers.
We have several different models: Canon, Sharp, Minolta, and Xerox (seeattachment for models.)
At several different locations across the Western United States (see attachmentfor locations.)
The maintenance package should include: Drums, fuser rollers, all toner,developer, and staples. Maintenance shall include all parts, labor, technicalsupport, and rip costs for the system and software. Coverage is not to includeconsumable supply items (ie: paper.)
We prefer a local vendor (San Diego area) who would be able to support us.
