TENDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CONCRETE BOX CULVERT FOR MR #4 AT C. JOHNSON ROAD
The City of Greater Sudbury is seeking tenders for the purchase of concrete box culvert for MR #4 at C. Johnson Road.
The tender must be received by the Supplies & Services Section, 2nd Floor, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON, NO LATER THAN 11:00:00 a.m. (our time), Monday, June 23,
2008, using one of the following methods:
1) Via e-mail to tenders@greatersudbury.ca,
Note: These documents have been provided in an Adobe Form Fill in Format. Proponents may complete and save the forms using Adobe Standard version. (Note: The forms cannot be saved using adobe reader).
2) Via fax to 705-671-8118 (call 674-4455, ext. 2501 or 2497 to confirm receipt of your tender;
3) Using the address label-sheet provided to the address noted above. If submitting hard copies, please provide three (3) copies, designating one (1) copy as the original.
Tenders will be opened by the Tender Opening Sub-Committee, the same day at 2:30:00p.m., in Committee Room C-21, 2nd Floor, Tom Davies Square. Results from the tender opening will be posted to the City's website by the end of the business day (4:30:00 p.m.)
Communications
All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the CGS and prospective vendors MUST BE in written format via e-mail of fax. To facilitate comprehensive responses, bidder are encouraged to e-mail their questions as soon as possible to tenders@greatersudbury.ca or fax to (705) 671-8118. The deadline for questions is 12:00p.m., Thursday, June 19th, 08. No verbal instructions or verbal information to bidders will be binding on the CGS. Do not contact any other staff persons, other than the Supplies & Services Section staff, regarding this Tender.
