Synopsis (Posted May 1, 2008):
This procurement is for a repair and alteration project, involving Audio Video Infrastructure, at the PJKK Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Honolulu, HI.
The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools to perform the specified work. The scope of work for the Audio Video Infrastructure project includes but is not limited to the installation of sound systems, video presentation systems and video conferencing infrastructure at the PJKK FOB & USCH.
The NAICS associated with this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard associated with this NAICS is $31 million.
This procurement is open to all vendors under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
The estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 05/16/08, with a closing date on or about 06/17/08.
The technical specifications in the RFP are considered Sensitive but Unclassified Information. Therefore, interested offerors will need to be approved prior to gaining "explicit access" to the RFP package. In order to be granted access, an offeror must be currently registered in CCR.
Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the RFP, Amendments, attachments, and printing the RFP, Amendments, and attachments. Please refer to Solicitation Number GS09P08KLC0014 in all correspondence pertaining to this solicitation.
