The purpose is to obtain comprehensive Media Services for usage by Risk Management. Types of media to be obtained include, but are not limited to:
1. Broadcast news reports in video and/or audio clips from television within North America all stations, 2. Audio news reports from Radio within North America all channels, 3. On-line news sites, 4. Published materials, e.g. Editorial newspapers, magazines and trade publications, journals, et.al, 5. Consumer generated media.
This information is important to claims handling and investigation as they provide additional information that may not normally be available.
