Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Wilcox Woodworks, Inc. The proposed purchase order will be for the following commercial items under NRC contract no. NRC-DR-07-08-154:

1 Director Style Articulating Table 1
This table provides NRC with the best and most affordable support for meeting management. The following are NRC's minimum requirements:
1. Two-in-One Design ? Ability for the table to perform as: 1) a standard conference table and 2) a 'V' shaped table;
2. Transformation between the standard and 'V' shaped designs must be achievable with a minimum one-person effort, requiring less than a minute to complete the transformation;
3. Cut-outs in the center of the table that allow for electronic hook-ups and wiring access;
4. Cherry colored wood in order to minimize glare when using VTC equipment; and,
5. Size of 5' x 15'.
All of the above requirements or components shall be contained in one (1) conference table.
This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. The anticipated delivery date is 2 (two) months after the work is awarded. Interested firms must submit written capability statements to Danielle Emche at dme@nrc.gov, no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date this announcement appears in Federal Business Opportunities. This statement must demonstrate an ability to deliver the required item above. Capability statements that do not fully demonstrate the respondent's ability to satisfy the requirements above will not be considered.
