| Frid., 04/11/2008, 5:00 p.m. | SOLE SOURCE: | | The Maricopa County Public Fiduciary Office intends to award a sole source contract to Computrust Software, Inc/Vertiq to provide software upgrades and enhancements on Computrust Case Management and Trust Accounting applications currently installed and being used by the Public Fiduciary. The scope of work will include the upgrade to and enhancements of the new web-based computrust applications, and development of key interfaces with other applicable department applications. As Computrust, Inc./Vertiq Is The Manufacturer of and maintains all source code and intellectual property rights, the county is not aware of any other vendor(s) capable of providing these requirements. Unless a another vendor demonstrates such capabilities in writing to David Lafond, Maricopa County Materials Management, at 602/506-3243, lafondd@mail.maricopa.gov by 5:00 P.M., (Arizona Time) on April 11, 2008 the county will proceed with this award. | | |
