This requirement is sole sourced to Agilent Technologies, PO Box 4026, Englewood, Colorado 80155-4026 as the only vendor able to provide this software. Any firms believing that they can provide the software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
