Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9114F-08-R-0010. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Feder al Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450. Proposed quotations shall meet the characteristics of the specifications for this equipment in order to be co nsidered for contract award. Only one award will be made.
Item 0001 Colposcopy System Characteristics: Anti-Tampering Recognition to ensure that the image captured is not altered or changed in any way, any changes to the picture is documented; Digital Video Capture - capture real-time video during an examination, enables accurate frame by frame review; 3.1 mega pixel digital video camera enabling still image capture, images printable to 8 x10 ; Footswitch Activation hands free control by the examiner; Communicate Images and Data through Internet or Intranet and log for tracking where and when information was sent, identifies chain of custody; store & forward capabilities; network, password and encrypting security; Split Screen ability to view live image along side previously captured images; create presentation from images; Import and Export Image or Data format; Measurements, annotations, and zoom to calibrate accurate on screen measurements, use nondestructive on screen, user definable annot ations; Customizable zoom ratio and window leveling; Control contrast/brightness, flip, rotate, sharpness, gray scale and invert; complete system must have mobility, 3 EACH.
Required voltage for all electrical equipment is 220V/50Hz, 2 copies o f service and operators manual per unit.
Equipment must have FDA 510(k) Clearance
