| Opportunity Summary |
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Jewell Meadows Wildlife Area is currently
accepting quotes for the purchase and delivery of an 18' Class Aluminum Stock Trailer.
A MANDATORY Bid Form is attached. You must download the attachment and use the attached
Bid Form to bid on the solicitation.
Specifications for the 18' class Aluminum Stock Trailer, Bumper Pull:
Minimum width 7'
Minimum height 6'6"
Minimum floor 126 sq ft
4" I beam frame
1/8" diamond plate flooring

Minimum 7000 lb rating per axel
Fully independent rubber torsion axel suspension system
Electric breaks on all wheels

WARRANTIES: Unless otherwise stated, all goods shall be new and current model and shall
carry full manufacturer warranties. Contractor warrants all goods delivered to be free
from defects in labor, material and manufacture and to be in compliance with solicitation
specifications. All implied and expressed warranty provisions of the Uniform Commercial
Code (ORS chapter 72) are incorporated in this contract. All warranties shall run to the
State.

The agency is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt
of the Facsimile bid [proposal] including, but not limited to the following:

-Incompatibility between the sending and receiving facsimile machine.
-Delay in transmission or receipt of documents.
-Failure of the Offeror to properly identify the offer documents.

ELECTRONIC BIDDING:
This opportunity allows suppliers to enter secure online electronic bid responses. In

ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or
all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting
Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
