Closing Agent Services New Mexico
This requirement is being re-solicited to allow Full and Open competition. Businesses of all sizes may respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Provide Closing Agent Services for single family properties owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD intends to award one contract to cover the entire state of New Mexico. The contract duration will be one year with options for four additional years. The RFP will be posted and available for download approximately 15 days after publication of this notice at the following website: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm.
