Specification number MIL-C-2357D dated 23 July 1979. This will be an IDIQ contract with one base and three year option terms:
Base Qty-2000 min/6000 max
Opt 1- 1100 min/6000 max
Opt 2- 1100 min/6000 max
Opt 3- 1100 min/6000 max
Production Lead time: 120 days or sooner, FOB Destination ? New Cumberland, PA, and San Joaquin, CA. This will be a Best Value procurement with the following evaluation factor: 1) Experience Past Performance. Availability of solicitations FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or solicitation amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of the solicitation or amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.daps.dla/mil/home AFTER 3/4/08 . From the Gateway homepage ,select ?Search RFPs? from the left-had sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFPs, prospective vendors Must go to the RFP Information page and select DSCP Clothing& Textiles (C&T); as the commodity center from which notices will be sent.
