Synopsis:

The subject Presolicitation Notice (N68836-08-T-0490)is amended to correct the location as follows: Naval Station Mayport.

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida has a requirement for a Civilian Enterprise (CE) newspaper for Naval Station Mayport, FL. The contract is for one base year with four one-year option periods. The resultant award will be a no cost type contract. CE contracts are not subject to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), or the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), since they are based on an exception to the government Printing and Binding Regulations published by the Congressional Joint Committee on Printing. It is understood that the newspaper will comply with all applicable provisions of the Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5120.4, governing Civilian Enterprise Publications, Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5720.44B, other applicable regulations, and all specific and implied conditions stated in the solicitation.

All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. Only vendors registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered for contract award. See www.ccr.gov for information on registering.
