Description; Information:
The GBA is accepting sealed bids for the Chiller Eddy Current Testing on Condenser and Evaporator Bundles for Trane Chillers 1 and 5 at the Central Energy Plant and York Chiller 1 at #2 Peachtree Street Building.
Contractor furnish labor, rigging and materials to drain and remove Condensser and Evaporator heads. Brush clean condenser and evaporator tubes by use of tube machine. Provide testing to ensure tube integrity. Reinstall condenser and evaporator heads with use of new OEM gasket materials.
